三井不動産グループ、業務系施設の施工管理で新会社

　三井不動産グループで、オフィス?商業施設の施工管理などを手掛ける「三井不動産アーキテクチュラル?エンジニアリング」が４月から営業開始する。

　同分野の専門会社として1999年に設立したエム?エフ?コンストラクション?アドバイザーズに、三井不動産の建築企画部の一部を移行し新会社としてスタートするもの。品質管理のみならず、新商品?工法の開発など幅広く建築技術分野に携わる方針だ。
